Megamiquest provides independent validation, verification, and analytical calibration of torque transducers, shielded thermocouples, and industrial manometers. All calibrations are performed under Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) protocols. The service includes the construction of precise error curves, uncertainty budgets, and traceability to national standards. We do not offer repair, modification, or on-site installation of any device.

The client must deliver instruments in clean, safe condition and provide any relevant prior calibration data. The client is responsible for accurate description of the instrument's intended use and operating range. Any damage caused by improper packaging or hazardous materials during transit is the client's liability. Megamiquest reserves the right to refuse calibration of instruments that pose a safety risk.

Megamiquest's liability is limited to the cost of the calibration service provided. We are not liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of data, or equipment failure arising from the use of our calibration reports. Our calibration certificates reflect the condition of the instrument at the time of testing and do not guarantee future performance. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the accuracy of the reported measurement results.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice of at least 14 days. Megamiquest may immediately suspend or terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, provides false information, or attempts to misuse calibration certificates. Upon termination, the client must return all original calibration data and certificates. No refunds are provided for services already performed.

Megamiquest reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect 30 days after publication.
