Independent Validation & Calibration

Precision Error Curves Under BIS Protocols

Torque transducers, shielded thermocouples, and industrial manometers — each instrument mapped to a traceable error curve with full uncertainty analysis.

Why labs choose our calibration

Every service is built around BIS protocols and real-world measurement uncertainty. No shortcuts, no guesswork.

01

Traceable error curves

Each torque transducer, thermocouple, or manometer receives a multi-point loading sequence. The result is a documented error curve with hysteresis and repeatability data you can defend in an audit.

02

BIS-compliant reporting

All certificates follow Bureau of Indian Standards format, including expanded uncertainty (k=2) and a statement of conformity. No extra paperwork needed for your quality system.

03

Wide range coverage

From 0.1 N·m to 5000 N·m for torque, −40°C to 1200°C for thermocouples, and 0.1 bar to 1000 bar for manometers. One lab covers your entire instrument fleet.

04

Drift and stability analysis

Shielded thermocouples are tested over three thermal cycles to reveal drift patterns. Manometers get a correction polynomial fitted to their response, not just a pass/fail verdict.

05

On-site or laboratory service

We bring dead-weight testers and reference probes to your facility when instruments cannot be moved. Same BIS-compliant report, same uncertainty budget.

06

Recommended recalibration intervals

Every report includes a suggested interval based on the instrument’s drift profile and your operating conditions. Helps you plan maintenance without over‑calibrating.

Calibration packages for precision instruments

Each plan follows BIS protocols and includes a full error curve report with traceable uncertainty. Choose the scope that matches your equipment.

All packages include expanded uncertainty (k=2) and recommended recalibration interval.

Trusted by precision engineers

Independent labs and quality managers rely on our BIS-compliant calibration reports for torque, temperature, and pressure instruments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about our calibration and verification services under BIS protocols.

What is the typical turnaround time for torque transducer calibration?

Standard calibration is completed within 5–7 business days from receipt. Rush orders can be processed in 48 hours for an additional fee. The final report includes the error curve, uncertainty budget, and BIS-format certificate.

Do you calibrate shielded thermocouples used in high-EMI environments?

Yes. Our verification pack specifically addresses EMI-prone installations. We test each thermocouple against a reference platinum resistance thermometer from -40°C to 1200°C, applying immersion depth correction and sheath material compensation. The output includes a drift profile over three thermal cycles.

What pressure ranges do you cover for manometer calibration?

We calibrate industrial manometers from 0.1 bar to 1000 bar using a primary dead-weight tester. The service maps linearity deviation, hysteresis error, and repeatability, then fits a correction polynomial for the error curve. Both analog and digital manometers are accepted.

Are your calibration reports accepted for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation?

Yes. Every calibration is documented with a BIS-compliant report that includes a statement of conformity, expanded uncertainty (k=2), and traceability to national standards. Our procedures are aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements for independent validation labs.

Can I send instruments directly to your lab, or do you offer on-site calibration?

Both options are available. For on-site calibration, we bring the dead-weight tester and reference standards to your facility. Laboratory calibration is performed at our Kharadi facility. Contact us to schedule a pickup or arrange an on-site visit.

What information do you need before I send a transducer or manometer for calibration?

We require the device model, serial number, full-scale range, and any previous calibration certificates. For thermocouples, please specify the sheath material and immersion depth. This helps us prepare the correct test setup and reference standards in advance.
